Spent three years at a Bangkok fintech startup learning how real people interact with apps – sometimes in ways we never expected. Now leads our user research efforts and has this uncanny ability to predict exactly where users will get confused.

How We Actually Got Started

Back in 2019, we were working at different companies around Thailand, constantly frustrated by the same thing: beautiful designs that nobody could actually use. Apps that looked amazing in presentations but left users scratching their heads.

  • Started with just four people sharing a co-working space in Udon Thani, determined to prove that good design works better than flashy design

  • Spent our first year mostly fixing other agencies' work – teaching us exactly what doesn't work in real-world applications

  • By 2022, we'd developed our own process that combines Thai market insights with international design standards

  • Now we work with startups and established companies across Southeast Asia, but we never forgot those early lessons about keeping things simple

User-First Thinking

Every design decision starts with a simple question: will this make sense to someone using the app at 11 PM while walking their dog? If the answer is no, we redesign it.

Thai users interact with apps differently than users in Silicon Valley. We design for how people actually behave here, not how design blogs say they should behave.
